I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially waking up to breathtaking room views of colorful fall foliage and the cozy ambiance of the lobby fireplace. However, I found transportation between areas a bit slow and inconvenient. Overall, I would definitely choose this place again for a relaxing getaway.

pleasant stay with some room for improvement
The spa services exceeded expectations with relaxing treatments that left us rejuvenated. The library area offered a nice retreat with complimentary refreshments that were enjoyable during our downtime. We loved biking around the scenic views, especially the stunning garden view that made for a lovely morning ride.
The check-in process was a bit slow, which could use a more efficient system.

I loved the stunning snowy landscape view from my room. The architecture of the hotel is striking. It felt cozy and tranquil throughout my stay. The hotspring on-site provided a nice relaxing experience. Staff members were friendly and went out of their way to assist me. I appreciated one staff member who drove me to the hotspring site. The included Japanese breakfast had delicious options that I enjoyed every morning. The location is convenient, with easy access to both the outlet shopping center and train station. However, the shuttle bus service could improve, especially for late-night hot spring users. My father had an inconvenient experience because the last shuttle left too early. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. I wish there were more casual dining options available without needing a reservation in advance. Overall, my time at the hotel was lovely but had some areas that could use attention.

We had a fantastic time skiing with my son's family! The property was super convenient, just steps from the ski area. Plus, we really enjoyed the cozy indoor mineral hot spring after a long day on the slopes. It was perfect for relaxing together.
My kids wished the hotel had more activities for them, like a playground or kids' club for some fun while we skied.

The stunning view from our garden twin room looking over the pond was unforgettable, especially with the snowfall creating a magical landscape. Enjoying high-quality traditional food, including the delightful smoked fish, added to the exceptional experience. The staff were always kind and helpful, making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. However, the lack of on-site dining options during off-peak hours was a letdown, and shuttle wait times could be frustrating at times.

We had an enjoyable stay with the kids, making the most of the beautiful ski slopes right behind the hotel and the delicious Japanese breakfast that hit the spot. The hot spring bath was a real treat after a long day on the slopes. The relaxing garden area was a nice touch. One small downside was that the ground floor rooms felt a bit too accessible for our taste, but overall, we loved our time here! 😊
